Dwell Magazine sent me to the mountains north of Mexico City to capture Wander Cabins' meditation on modern refuge. These minimalist sanctuaries by o i o i o i studio transform the humble A-frame into something sleek and unexpected. Each cabin's enormous oculus frames the forest, while a curved retractable wall dissolves the boundary between intimate shelter and endless sky.
